2) Secure online ordering

When you place an online order with us, we handle your order with industry standard SSL encryption. This means for example that when you enter your credit card details only the two of us can read the details. Any one else will see only a scrambled mess.

3) Dispatch.

All orders will be despatched within 14 days by parcel post.

4) Repeat Orders

If you select the repeat order section of the order form, your order will be repeated weekly or monthly until you ask us to stop. If there is any increase in the price from that when you originaly ordered you will be notified. Please note that special offers cannot form part of a repeat order.

5) Complaints

If you have any problems with either goods supplied or our standard of service please contact us and the matter will be handled immediately by our customer services.

6) Statutory rights

Any conditions stated on this web site do not affect the consumers statutory rights.
